today's training was shagggg. first time i felt like vomiting after sprinting.
every time i twist my trunk i just felt like the thing is coming out, especially when doing stern dip.
lesson learnt, don't eat ba chor mee for breakfast.
i think i got sunburnt again. -.-
and i want go tanning soon because of the stupid tan lines.
i've hit 70kg recently, even if early in the morning never eat anything also 70kg. that's my stable weight already. like finally.
my target is to get heavier. was thinking of 80kg but i think that's too much?
i want to get my full carbon double dutch paddle soon but i know we must still train with shotover.
i don't dislike the shotovers, just that i want to have my chio full black dd with me. :(

think i would prefer the holidays now than schooling although it was much tougher during the holidays.
school is slack, but bored. holiday is training, but can do anything i want.
school starts = no mahjong and drinking ? drinking confirm no-no but i want mahjonggggg.
