will blog now since i'm having the mood to.
so i just came back from training. today's training was tough as many people said but i still find it alright.
more of this type of training would be good.
we ran a whole good 15km. everything was smooth for me until the pull-ups.
had to do a total of 120 pull-up. i was on my 50th and my right calf start to cramp. of course i immediately drop to the floor and started screaming like a lady. lol. exaggerate a bit.
cramp was gone but i know it will be back so i carefully made my way up to the pull-up bar.
everything was going fine until my 90th pull-up. right calf got cramp again. so the same procedure bla bla bla.
was ok again so i continued doing till my 110th. this time... right thigh + left calf cramp. zzz.
so obviously i didn't finish till my 120 =(
had to do like 150 pumping after that but i was too shitty cramp to like stay in position but i did the pumps. i think we did a total of 250 pumping today. o.O
now, my both calf are like super solid tight. later going to massage them myself. hais.
lesson learnt: do a good full warm up and cool down. although you think you are alright and no kick, your body tells you another.
