no training this sat and sun till exams are over.

i'm happy because there's finally time to study.

study first, everything else comes to a halt.

went queensway with the guys for like nothing.

but we had fun at the arcade.

well, this certainly made my day ! damn funny.

alright, let's see what happened in the last 48hours.

vb match on sat. we lost, went to pool and find sh and the rest to go home. didn't use the boats.

reached home slept for 3hours and out we go to pasir ris to meet the guys to head to ecp for yushan's birthday celebration.

was a super long ride. then we were disappointed knowing that most of the people are not staying over or whatsoever and they went home at around 11pm.

so sh, ben, zac and i stayed and bbq the remaining food while i slacked and waited for the food.

we were like locked outside the chalet because inside the chalet were like all girls and we didn't know them. bbq till like around 4am and we walked to the beach and talk.

all the way to like 6am we walked back and slept outside the chalet. waked up at 7am and went to do 50 push up while before that i went to find a spot to pee . LOL .

thought of going to girl's pool slot so we went. cabbed back to ngeeann .

used the boats from 9am till 1pm. but the last hour was like teaching the year1 girls how to do handroll.

went to have lunch, sleepiness was kicking in at that time. slept in the bus all the way back.

home and bathe and slept. from. .

4pm Sunday till 8am Monday.

how the hell did I cracked it anyway unless someone step on my bag when I left it at the stairs. 

i'm like feeling freaking bored now knowing that class will be so boring when there isn't a psp.

repair would cost $100. don't know if i should repair or not. 

just when i started to love my psp, it fails on me. 

oh well, can study more now.

hope we can be in the nike helpers thingy. cause can get paid and i can use the money to fix my psp. or maybe... i would be asking my mum for the cash which is 99% chance that i would do that. LOL.

and i don't think i will have the time for the next 3 weeks or so.

because i've been sleeping in class for almost everyday. and now i'm lost.

really got to kick that sleeping habit. but the aircon, the environment, just makes you sleepy.

massive sunburnt only on my face. it's like wtf . everyone got sunburn on their hands but i got mine on my face.

went to watch the dark knight after the course. very cool movie. 

while walking up to long long stairs to the exit and to the toilet. i tripped. lucky the show was going on so it was dark. but i tripped till damn loud and i think i heard some laughters. -.-

I was peeling a few days ago and now the sunburnt is over my new pelt skin. it's like sunburnt + sunburnt. and the result now is a very very bad complexion. my body complexion is like hideous now, will go tanning during the holidays again.

star 1 is like more of a bonding session. especially with the seniors.

today's training was slack because there's too many people. every wednesday will be like doing the least stuff. to think of it, wednesday training is pretty much useless. just go for the sake of friends.

so i just came back from training. today's training was tough as many people said but i still find it alright. 

more of this type of training would be good.

we ran a whole good 15km. everything was smooth for me until the pull-ups.

had to do a total of 120 pull-up. i was on my 50th and my right calf start to cramp. of course i immediately drop to the floor and started screaming like a lady. lol. exaggerate a bit.

cramp was gone but i know it will be back so i carefully made my way up to the pull-up bar. 

everything was going fine until my 90th pull-up. right calf got cramp again. so the same procedure bla bla bla.

was ok again so i continued doing till my 110th. this time... right thigh + left calf cramp. zzz.

so obviously i didn't finish till my 120 =(

had to do like 150 pumping after that but i was too shitty cramp to like stay in position but i did the pumps. i think we did a total of 250 pumping today. o.O

now, my both calf are like super solid tight. later going to massage them myself. hais.

lesson learnt: do a good full warm up and cool down. although you think you are alright and no kick, your body tells you another.

so freaking dried up.

it's like my front took all the burning and now it's fucking pain.

i sat from like 10am - 11am and got up for a bit of dipping in the pool and back on the sun from 12pm to 3pm? 

i need lots of rest.

anyway! school was short today, went home slack around at went back ngeeann. 

and there's this girl who go up at LEONEL'S BUS STOP. god la. her looks, is not those typical pretty singapore girl look you see on the streets. it's like a once in a while sweetened eye candy. but i can't look at her for long. cause her relative? sister? mother? aunt? was like sitting behind me while she was sitting 2 seats away from me. but she kept turning back! to look at her nephew i think which was behind me. awwwwwww. i was hoping she alights at ngeeann so i can ogle at her all the way. sobs. leonel shui, you better camp at your bus stop from today onwards yo.

gyming session today. i bet is fruitful like hell. we did the wrist thingy. haha! damn fun. kept doing.

on the way home the bus stop was flooded by secondary school kids because of the open house. but! nothing beats my that girl. <333

today's pool slot was short due to the rain. i just went down to throw ball, gay and row a few strokes. but i'm still glad to be there, really good place to de-stress. i don't want a life to be just study and home.

so they told us that sunday's pool slot will be opened for us. 

now, let's look at my training schedule.

Mon, Wed, Thur, Sat and Sun.

but luckily the sunday's one is like alternate so i guess it's better? actually i dont see the difference.

19th and 20th july would be my star 1 course. need travel all the way to kallang. such a turn-off.

27 july would be my vb match. really hope we lose. i don't want to waste time playing and playing again.

gyming tomorrow i guess.

eltech lab test tomorrow also.

engmech is done with. end of lectures. 1 module down. 

i'm so into yawning these days. it's like i sure yawn 20-30 times per day. yawnsssssssssssss.

rocks big time. morning, a number of eye candies in bus 920 because kids are going to school. vb is fun and cats is for stoning or sleeping. training in the evening. i just love monday.

Saturday being the favourite day of the week and Thur being the most dreaded day.

so i finished watching Wanted. Good action and a nice twist in the end. a very cool movie and not forgetting angelina jolie <3 

watched Get Smart too. still got lots and lots of movie to watch but all got to wait for the next weekend. =(

i'm also done with the CAPS Juliet proposal, submitted.

7am - wake's up, off alarm, pee, bathe, brush teeth, pack bag.

7.30am - waiting for bus 920.

7.50am - meets sh at bp interchange.

8.20am - reach ngee ann, walk to pool, prepare stuffs.

9am - get into boats.

and from here onwards i lost track of time .

10am? 11am? - get out of boats and start gaying each other. 

12pm+ - released, have lunch.

1pm - home. bathe. sleep.

8pm - wakes up, dinner.

6am - sleep.

1-3pm - wakes up.

so yesterday i spent my hours watching LOTR 1,2,3 from 11pm till 6am.

and now, revising my week's work.

Supposed that every Friday I can leave at 11pm but don't know why today those cheenas not on form and they did every experiment slowly and caused many errors. Graph also don't know how to draw, so it dragged all the way to 12pm.

Had lunch at Canteen 1 with Leonel and Benedict. Bandung Ice Blended rocks ! although diabetes will come knocking on my door soon if i continue drinking.

Went home after that. Gym downstair, don't know if it paid off. Must wait for tomorrow.

I realised that the swimming pool water was like greenish, probably due to the fact they are cleaning the pool? 

So anyway rushed home and bathe after gyming because I had to go back to school for CAPS JULIET comm selection. We most probably will get selected because there's only like 1 team for logistics. Will know the result next week.

Went to play pool with leo, sh, ben and amanda. I'm like the freaking noob there cause it's like my first time playing. and they all bullied me ESPECIALLY LEONEL.

Pool slot tomorrow, heard that it's like a full pool slot for us without senior? I hope so !
